It’s what our clients say that counts

“In the New Zealand context, Bayleys Real Estate is an amazing and sizeable untold commercial success story, up there with The Warehouse and Michael Hill, yet totally unacknowledged for this.  I can only imagine this is because they’re not a public company, so the news media and therefore the public remain oblivious to their accomplishment and relevance.  But I’ve had 45 years in this business across the globe and by any standard they’re right up there with the best.”

Sir Robert Jones, Robt. Jones Holdings Limited

“Your team’s market intelligence, innovative marketing approaches and strong industry relationships create a business platform for transaction activity which is market driven, resulting in outstanding outcomes for all stakeholders.

Again Dominion Funds thanks you and your team for partnering us in a very successful year of business.

Phil Brown, General Manager Investment Dominion Funds Limited (now DNZ Property Group)

“On behalf of the Wellington District I congratulate you on being the recipient of the Awards of Excellence for the Commercial & Industrial Sales & Leasing Salesperson and Commercial & Industrial Marketing & Branding and for being selected as the Supreme Salesperson of the Year.

I have set out the comments from the judges as you may not have heard them on the night:

Commercial & Industrial Sales/Leasing:  The finalists in this category are all at the absolute top of their field.  Outside of the Real Estate industry they are some of the country’s top marketers.  They regularly rub shoulders with other business leaders and politicians alike.  Indeed they are some of the most successful business people in the country.

As an industry we should be proud of these three finalists.  They represent the best of the best.  Their success is quite simply breath-taking, and it appears to be without limit.

The winner showed exceptional ability and a knowledge of the commercial and investment market place and his client base.

Commercial & Industrial Marketing/Branding:  The finalists in this category have demonstrated that they are equal to their residential counterparts when it comes to marketing and branding campaigns.  The level of creativity is once again, exceptional.  The winner of the award has established new levels of professionalism and provides a shining light for others to aspire.

Supreme Winner – Salesperson of the Year:  The Supreme Award is the winner of all winners i.e. it is the best of our winners.  Each of the winners received an AWARD OF EXCELLENCE which shows them to be more than people who have good sales results but have an overall ethic in a most competitive market.  The judge re-evaluated all the recipients and looked at the results and the market they are involved in and every aspect of their entry.  However there can be only one supreme winner.

My personal congratulations, I was delighted to see the first Commercial operator recognised as the Supreme Winner.”

Alison Lawson, Regional Manager, Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Inc (REINZ)

“I am writing to congratulate you and the Bayleys team on a first rate job in arranging the disposal of our Auckland and Wellington surplus assets.  While the market conditions are admittedly favourable to vendors the fact remains that you carried out this exercise in a highly professional manner.

As you know I have forty years experience in commercial real estate in five countries, totalling several billion dollars in transactions.  I know of no other real estate firm which reports progress so diligently and thoroughly as does yours.”
